When can I expect to receive my delivery?

All orders are shipped within 5 business days after the order is placed from our warehouse. Delivery usually occurs within 10-20 business days after the shipping date, depending on the availability of the carrier and the location. We apologize for any delays that may be caused by customs clearance, inspection, or transport delays by the carrier.

How can I track my order?

What are your shipping costs?

We charge a flat shipping fee of $5.99 for all worldwide destinations.

In which countries do you deliver?

How can I change my shipping address?

An address change is only possible until 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order is placed. You can contact us via email at comfyhomestore@vedmay.com to request such changes.

Can I have my order delivered to an address different from my billing address?

Yes, this is possible.

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped on regular business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
